Credit card policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Rock Nails Gift Cards. Please note there is a $15 minimum for credit card charges. Unfortunately, we do not accept gratuities on credit or debit cards. An ATM is available for your convenience.
Jewelry, Phone & personal belongings
Please keep all your jewelry and personal belongings secure and in your possession at all times. Rock Nails is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

Prices may vary depending on length, size, special colors, and specific service requests.
Sanitation
Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We use a hospital-grade autoclave to sterilize all our tools and store them in sanitary pouches to prevent contamination. Our spas feature innovative, removable jets that are always soaked in Barbicide to ensure they remain bacteria-free. Additionally, we use disposable files, buffers, and pumice sponges for each client, as well as disposable tub liners for enhanced sanitation.
Appoinments
Walk-ins are always welcome, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, we highly recommend making an appointment to ensure we can meet your preferred time, especially if you’re bringing a friend or two and would like to sit together. For groups of five or more, a 20% deposit is required, with a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is not made within this timeframe.
Cancelation
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 20% charge of your reserved service fee for appointments requiring a deposit. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. If you have not complied with this policy in the past, a deposit will be required to hold any future appointments.
Refund
All services rendered are non-refundable. Once you have completed payment and left our salon, it indicates that you are fully satisfied with our service. We strive to meet your service requests and expectations to the best of our abilities, using our skills and expertise. We offer complimentary minor fixes within 7 days of service completion, pending manager approval.
Complimentary services
Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed. Only nail enhancements (acrylic, UV gel, LCN, SNS, and gel polish) are guaranteed for up to 7 days from your original visit (e.g., 1/1/2025 – 1/7/2025), excluding breakages. If you notice any lifting or issues within the first 5 days, please call to schedule a complimentary repair. Be sure to bring proof of your recent service.
Medical conditions
Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may affect your visit. It is essential that we are aware of any potential contagious conditions on your hands or feet. If such a condition exists, we will require written consent from your physician to provide service. We are unable to offer services if there are open or infected wounds. If you have or suspect such a condition, please notify us promptly before your service.
Tardiness
To remain courteous to others, please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to assist the next customer. In this case, the next available technician will attend to your service when possible.
Gift certificates
All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and we are not responsible for unauthorized use, loss, or damage. They can only be redeemed at the original location where they were purchased.

Our salon is the perfect venue for hosting bridal showers, birthday celebrations, bachelorette or bachelor parties, corporate events, or simply a get-together with friends, family, and co-workers.
